System Requirements
In order to optimally view the SinnerSchrader AG on-line annual report and to make use of all functions, we recommend the following system requirements:
Monitor resolution: 1024 x 768 pixel or higher.
Software
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape 7
- Flash 7 plug-in
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (to view and print PDF files)
Browser Settings
Please make sure your browser security settings are not set too high (we recommend ‘medium’) and/or the implementation of plug-ins is permitted.
On every page of the on-line annual report you will find five terms in the top margin:
Contact
Clicking the “Contact” button opens a form in which you can enter your contact information and order print versions of the annual and quarterly reports. You can also order current shareholder information as well as our newsletter, which will be sent to you regularly by E-Mail.
Sitemap
Clicking the “Sitemap” button opens a hierarchical summary of the individual pages of the on-line annual report.
Help
Clicking the “Help” button brings you to this page.
Imprint
Clicking the "Imprint" button displays the legally required content of the imprint page, as related to SinnerSchrader AG.
German
Clicking the „German“ button displays the current page in the German language.
Last visited pages
In the right margin you will find a box displaying the last five pages you visited. If the box is activated, there is a minus sign in the right upper corner. Pressing on this will cause the box to change into a bar. Now there will be a plus sign displayed. Clicking on this opens the display panel again.
At the end of each page of the on-line annual report you will find six symbols.
Navigation
At the bottom of each page of the on-line annual report you can navigate using the arrows.
This arrow directs you to the page you last visited.
This arrow directs you to the next page.
This arrow directs you to the beginning of the currently activated page.
This symbol allows you to print the current page as a ‘printable version’.
Forward
Clicking on this symbol opens a new page, on which you are requested to enter your name and e-mail address as well as the e-mail address of the person to whom you are forwarding. If you want to send the selected page to several addresses, enter these successively with a comma separating each. You can also send a message and, via mouse-click, select if the page should be shown in HTML. When you click the "Send Message" button, your message will be sent to the e-mail address/es you’ve selected.
Download Page
This symbol allows you to download the current page as a PDF file.
Download Excel file
This symbol allows you to download the current table as an Excel file.
At the left margin you find the service area of the on-line annual report, which offers eight different options:
Search
You can search by entering a word of your choice and then clicking on the magnifying glass symbol. A search over the entire on-line annual report is then started. If your search is successful, you will receive a short overview of the menu options, which contain your search word. Clicking on the header of the appropriate page opens it and displays the complete contents.
Key Words
Clicking on the "Key Words" button opens a window in which pre-selected sections of the on-line annual report are displayed. Clicking on a section opens a page with the complete contents.
Order Service
Clicking on the "Order Service" button opens a form in which you can enter your contact information and order print versions of the annual and quarterly reports. You can also order current shareholder information as well as our newsletter, which will be sent to you regularly by E-Mail.
Downloads
Clicking the „Downloads“ button gives you the option of downloading individual sections of the annual report or the report in its entirety as a PDF file.
Data Analysis
By clicking on the "Data Analysis" button, a page opens on which you have the possibility to compare and analyze key financial data of the annual report. Select a category and detailed data from the first pop-up menu. If you want to compare this with other data, then proceed in exactly the same manner in the second pop-up menu. When you’ve completed the entries, click on the button „Compare“. The result will be displayed in diagram form. To display the charts you need the flash plug in.
My Annual Report
Within the on-line annual report you can activate individual sections of a circular symbol (+) in order to store them. If you click on the term "My Annual Report", all selected sections will be displayed as print versions.
Stock Exchange Dictionary
By clicking the "Stock Exchange Dictionary" button, the alphabetically sorted stock exchange dictionary will be opened. You can either look at the complete dictionary with all its terms by scrolling on the page or you can select a specific letter in the upper bar, so that you are immediately directed to the terms beginning with this initial letter. Beside each term is an arrow pointing upwards with which you can go to the beginning of the page.
Highlights
By clicking the „Highlights“ button, a summary of the most important facts of the annual business report will be displayed.
