Why are mobile telephone tariffs so complicated?

Maybe so that customers cannot understand their mobile phone bills. simyo had the courage to break the rules: plain and simple tariffs, no prices with asterisks. In other words, a telephone business that thinks like its customers.

For simyo we built a web-based ordering and self-service platform with genuine additional benefits for the customers. simyo customers can choose their own mobile phone number. Or easily top up their prepaid account automatically. Or transparently check their bill. Or control their children’s telephone use. And they can do all of this much more easily than with their previous provider.

The result is the most successful market launch of a new mobile telephone brand in Germany for 10 years.
